Our Story

It is great to have a dream but it is even greater to see that dream come true.

I am a mother of five amazing children and ten even more amazing grand children.  I am a primary school teacher and have been involved in early childhood education for over twenty years.

​

In 2010 my daughter Carmen and her family moved from Australia back to the UK and we had the privilege of seeing a long awaited dream come true as we went into business together.  This however did not last long because of Carmen’s health.  During her recovery period we started to dream and talk and decided to use this time constructively.  We decided to use our years of teaching experience and knowledge of child development and put together our own music, movement and development programme for babies, toddlers and young children.

We launched our first classes in 2012 in London and Carmen launched Little Me Big You the same year in Melbourne Australia. Leonie launched classes in Perth in 2015.

​

The beginning of 2017 we left London UK to join our eldest son in ministry in the down town east side of Vancouver. This has given me the amazing opportunity to bring Little Me Big You to the babies of this incredibly beautiful city.

​

It has been very rewarding working with mums, dads, grandparents, carers and their little ones. We are looking forward to having loads of fun with all the new babies and adults we will meet here in this city we call home for now.
